La Fattoria Principina is a splendid Tuscan hotel located a few kilometers from the sea side in Grosseto.
The property - situated in extensive grounds of 130 hectares - has 2 wings on each side with rooms located on each floor.
The main entrance is situated just in front of a large parking area.
The spacious hall and reception area feature a bar and lounge with a view over the beautiful portico and garden. The decor is in refined Tuscan style with dark wooden furniture and crystal chandeliers - two fireplaces - multi-colored sofas and small wooden and glass tables. The hotel features terracotta flooring throughout and beautiful large Serena stone stairs at both ends with splendid Persian carpets on the large corridors.
The breakfast room is on the second floor and the main restaurant is on the first floor - both offering a view over the garden.
There is a 25 meter swimming pool on the right hand side with sundecks and umbrellas and another large swimming pool at the entrance to the property.
The Fitness Centre is located on the basement level and offers an indoor heated swimming pool
