We went on our honeymoon to Paris and the only good thing about this hotel is its location. The room sizes are terribly small no bath tub facility. Believe me the beds are OK for a single person which they call a double bed room. The photos they show on the web do not exist. Except for one lady at reception everybody is rude. They charge you for evrey small little thing, other than that we were given wrong information about the cruise at the Siene. Overall not a great place to stay in comparison with the prices they charge.

Very unfriendly staff! The concierge did not help me with information, how to get to the airport with public transportation - I should have booked a limousine. My room was small, dirty and the wall paper came off the wall....Uuugh!

A 4 day break was dampened by the poor quality of the room at this hotel. The room was quite small for a double room, needed decorating, paint was chipped, wallpaper marked and torn, the curtains were old and didn't fit well and the bedspread had holes in it. In the bathroom the shower was very small the door was missing and the shower-head holder broken, although it did not slip when used. Our deal included a bottle of water (1 very small one) and a City passport which was a book of discount tickets. These were dated 31/12/2006 but had a sticker on the front of the book - valid until June 30th 2007. I had to ask at reception on day 2 for the water and the passport. The tickets we used were honoured but queried at the LIDO when I asked for the 10% discount. The general state of decoration of the hotel was pretty poor with water stains on the walls of the stairs. We couldn't use the lift to get back up to floor 6 between 08:30am and 9:30am as the maids comandeered it and didn't give way to guests. When I asked if there was a better room we were shown 2 rooms even smaller and these were smoking when we wanted non-smoking. We were told the hotel was full and nothing more could be offered.
On the plus side the breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Would I recommend it - definitely not for the price, it is 2 star not 3 star as advertised. There is a refurbished side to the hotel but we were not offered a room.

I finally, after lots of changes, was able to travel with my friends to a rather cheap hotel in paris. Initially, the hotel looked really good, but we were afraid of it being a disaster as the previous hotel I had been on in Paris because of its low price. However, the first appearance given was true, and the location was incredible. The hotel had a very warm welcome (yes, they were French...) and the rooms were really well organised and rather spacious with very comfortable beds. Moreover, the breakfast was fine.
Its situation was nearly perfect, as next to the hotel there were a really good restaurant of french cuisine called the Toi and the fashionable Neo Club.
Very good quality price relationship.
