Nice location, in the heart of Providencia. Close to the subway Pedro de Valdivia (50m), close to many malls, In front of starbucks, Mc Donald's and Pizza hut...3 blocks away from Calle Suecia. Very good breakfast. Very nice people. Free internet. Free Gym. All rooms were small apartaments with kitchen and sofa. 50m from Giratorio. 50m from grocery store (Lider)

I found this hotel to be a very good value. After reading other reviews, we requsted a room at the rear of the hotel and were very satisfied. We were on the 9th floor, #92, directly in the back. Traffic noise was no problem, but was told by another guest whose room faced the front that street noise was a problem. Hotel has free internet on the 2nd floor. Only 1 computer worked so some waiting was involved but guests were considerate of each other. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was on small side. Housekeeping was good. We found the receptionist and staff to be very friendly. Not a lot of English spoken but then neither is there much English spoken in all of Chile. Close to metro stations, shopping, and restaurants. This is not the place to impress your friends but for the money it can't be beat.

Well, this is definitelly an excellent and very safe location for the hotel. Try to book rooms facing the back of hotel, i think those that have 2 and 3 like *83,82* face the backside of the hotel which is a little less noisy. Location is great! BUT this is not exactly, Ritz so you guys know its just ok.

Zu diesem günstigen Preis war das Hotel echt in Ordnung. Die Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet waren gut. Der Service war etwas lahm, die Putzfrauen haben allerdings einen tollen Job gemacht.

For the low price, this hotel is very convenient. Location and morning buffet were very good. Service was a bit slow but housekeeping did a decent job.
