Our Stay at Hotel Na Taconera

We stayed half board at the hotel Na Taconera in July 2006.
The hotel is built in majorcan style, confortable and well appointed with pleasant staff, lovely views, gardens and pool.
Drawbacks which spoilt our hoilday:-
Very poor quality food, (such as roast chicken legs with red raw meat inside) first trays put out not readily replaced when empty or even with the same food again.
Local wine from multi-tap unit available to all inclusive guests. No wine or water for purchase with your meals for other guests at the table or at the bar.
Only two small four person lifts available for 217 rooms spread over five floors! These are situated on the first floor!! after you climb a flight of stairs up from reception. One or both of these lifts were out of service at some time each day of our 14 day stay making access to and from our room tiresome.
