What a fantastic hotel! This hotel has only been open 7-8 months & is fresh , clean and a joy to spend time in. The staff and management went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one, this was definately a holiday to remember. The food was very good. The suites were spotless, the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and everywhere you went the staff made a point of talking to you and asking if you were enjoying your holiday. The hotel is wonderful, vey pleasing to the eye, you feel like you have found paradise. You can relax by the pool or join in the daily activities with their great animation team, who are soley there to make sure the guest enjoy the hotels entertainment and sports programmes. This is a fabulous hotel and my sister and I will be going back soon with our friends. I can't express enough how wonderful this holiday was to us, thanks mainly to the hotel staff and managements commitment to making the Pyramisa experience an unforgettable one!

I was in this hotel from April 23 th till May 2nd, with two friends, and we were more then disappointed. This hotel looks very nice from the outside. Big pools, huge resort, new... But, rooms were dirty (we found things of the past guests in the room, bed sheets was changed once for 10 days!), food is terrible, no fruits, no juices, everyday the same... Towels at the pool dirty every day, not enough sun beds and umbrellas at the pool... The beach was terrible-it looks like unfinished site, sand terrible. Hygiene, food, beach... it is maybe OK for the 3 stars hotel, but for 5 stars is inadmissible. Animation is for kids, and drunk Russian. To many of them, for my taste. DON'T GO THERE!
