I came to Israel as part of a family group who organised the trip. I had no expectations and to be honest, the hotel did not excite me, but also did not much to disappoint me. Therefore rather neutral. I did not have breaakfast supplied by the hotel. I either ate at one of the many restaurants around or in my room. For internet I went across the road as it was much cheaper than the one supplied by the hotel. Also, across the road is a very well stocked 24 hour open shop. The hotel is fine, but I do not think I would come back. With my own family I stayed at the Dizengoff suites, corner Gordon and Dizengoff and found the atmosphere warmer. The people at this hotel did not upset me in any way, but they can not smile. It lacked warmth in some way. The rooms where fine, but to heat up food you can only use the microwave. No possibility to cook or fry on an electric plate or gas.

I stayed at the Isrotel tower for about 5 weeks a couple of years ago, and found it to be a nearly ideal location and a wonderful experience. * As a previous reviewer said, the air conditioning was so strong I was almost cold. I actually turned it off and opened a window at night. * The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a nice assortment of breakfast items, they would cook an omelet if you asked, the fresh fruit and smoked salmon were unexpectedly good. * The location almost couldn't have been better. The beach access only a block or two away, it's located very conveniently to many surrounding restaurants -- the only bad thing for me was that it was kind of out of the way from my business activities, but it was worth the extra time in the taxi. * The pool was also excellent, but definitely bring sunscreen. * The staff were very polite and friendly to me. If the expectation is a resort hotel, you may be disappointed. But for a business traveler, it was excellent.

Ich war vor ein paar Jahren für ca. 5 Wochen im Isrotel Tower. Es hatte eine fast perfekte Lage und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Wie ein anderer hier schon schrieb war auch bei mit die Klimaanlage so kräftig, dass mir fast kalt war. Ich konnte sie aber abschalten und nachts ein Fenster aufmachen. Das Frühstücksbüfett war exzellent. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl und sie haben einem auch das Omelette nach Wunsch gekocht, wenn man sie gefragt hatte. Das frische Obst und der Räucherlachs waren überraschenderweise gut. Die Lage hätte fast nicht besser sein können. Der Zugang zum Strand war nur eine oder zwei Straßen entfernt und dort gab es auch eine Vielzahl von Restaurants. Für mich war nur nicht so gut, dass es vom Geschäftsviertel ein wenig zu weit weg war. Aber die Fahrt mit dem Taxi war es immer wert. Der Pool war auch exzellent, aber vergessen Sie auf keinen Fall die Sonnencreme. Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich zu mir. Wenn Sie ein Resorthotel erwarten, dann könnten Sie eine Enttäuschung erleben. Aber für Geschäftsreisende war es exzellent.

I also stayed at the hotel a long time and agree with the previous review about the hotel being great. The only downside to it is the cost but if there is a family sharing a room it would be worth it. We let our daughter sleep in the hide a bed and we could go into the bedroom and close the door. Ask for an extra matress for the couch bed though. The bars make it a bit rough and they do have the matresses. The location was about a 2 block walk from the beach and that is the main reason to stay there unless you are on business. You can walk to Jaffa in about 20 enjoyable minutes along the beach promanade. There are many places to eat within a few minutes walk, a store across the street if you wish to eat or cook in your room. I would certainly go back.

J’ai moi aussi fait un long séjour dans cet hôtel et je suis d’accord avec la critique précédente pour dire que c’est un excellent hôtel. Le seul bémol est son prix mais ça vaut peut-être le coup pour une famille devant partager une chambre. Nous avons laissé notre fille dormir dans le canapé-lit, ainsi nous avons pu aller dans la chambre et fermer la porte. Nous avons tout de même demandé un matelas supplémentaire pour le canapé-lit. Les barres le rendent un peu dur mais l’hôtel possède des matelas supplémentaires au cas où. Il était situé à environ 2 sections de la plage, raison principale pour laquelle les gens séjournent dans cet hôtel à moins d’être en voyage d’affaires. On peut aller à pied à Jaffa en 20 minutes de promenade agréable le long de la plage. Il y a plein de lieux où manger à quelques minutes de marche et il y a un magasin juste en face si voulez manger ou cuisiner dans votre chambre. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans aucun doute.
