This hotel is near the office of our agent and he booked the room. The hotel is new from 2007 and on the Asian site of Istanbul. During rush-hour it can take up to two hours to get to the airport or European site of Istanbul. The reception was friendly and knowledgeble. The knowledge of English is sufficient to get everything arranged. The room was new and clean with a good bed and badroom. There is a flatscreen TV and a cable connection to the internet which works perfect. Wifi internet is available in the lobby only. Shower and bath facilities are very good, water pressure and temperature can be adjusted. I had a room on the 13th floor with a nice view. The only problem is the limited capacity of the three elevators, so it takes a while to get up and down. The breakfast restaurant is on the first floor and has a good selection. This hotel serves no alcohol or pork meat (a pity as I enjoy some bacon for breakfast ever now and then). All in all a great place to stay if you need to be in this particular area of Istanbul. Don't stay here if you want to visit the tourist attractions!
