Hotel was nice to relax stayed two nights. Was awoken first day with thuds at 6 A.M. they were fixing roof till 9 P.M following day at 7 A.M they should have moved us. Husband did not let me complain. Over all good service, good food but i would not get the all inclusive small portions , might as well go out for food.Yea i would stay there again but would not get all inclusive.

Called in for rate quote. GIven 342 for one night with 2 adults and three kids with b, l, and d. Told not available for room only, we had to go with all inclusive. Ok but upon arrival we were told it was going to be 400+. Told we could stay in one room for 297+ with only lunch and breakfast using an air mattress. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY. We left and went elsewhere and I hope to get my money back.

I hadn't been to PR for a few years & this was my husband's & daughter's first time. I have family in Ensenada & Guanica so we decided to stay here while we visited them. Very convenient. We have traveled alot & are used to big hotel rooms & great food, so I was a little disappointed. Complaining didn't get us anywhere either. The room was very, very small for the three of us & the bathroom was just tiny. No bathtub so I couldn't give my 3 yr old a bath, she's wasn't too fond of showers then. We couldn't have us three & my parents in room at same time. It was just too crowded. The grounds were kept clean, but we were not able to use the pool. We had gotten the breakfast option but never used it, won't do that again. It's a great location, but if they are using this location for training employees, they need to step it up a bit. One night, we had asked for extra towels & my husband had to go & get them from the front desk because the guy was there all alone. The service just could be alot better. Was impressed when first arrived by looks of place but that was it. Prices were better than Copa Marina but will most likely stay there next time for better service.

Hola: Mi estadia en el Parador fue estupenda. Fueron tres dias formidables. La hospitalidad, servicio fue excelente, especialmente las personas que nos atendian en el restaurante. Las habitaciones limpias, todo el parador estaba limpio. En general formidable, recomiendo a otras personas para que se hospeden yclaro que volveré a hospedarme.

Hace unos meses reserve en este hotel por los cometarios en esta pagina los cuales no tenían nada que ver con la realidad. A cualquier persona que le ofrezcan un todo incluido te imaginas un buffet mas o menos bueno pero buffet , lo que nunca te llegas a imaginar es que allí el todo incluido es una carta donde puedes escoger primero y segundo que se compone de pollo con tomate de primero y tomate con pollo de segundo , es decir de 10 platos a escoger 9 eran pollo , en fin lo barato sale caro yo reserve por 4 noche y tuve que salir al dia siguiente perdiendo el dinero del resto de noches , el hotel se encuentra al lado de una marisma que huele fatal y por si fuera poco al lado hay una escuela de niños , que cada uno saque sus conclusiones
