This hostel is definitely very nice. Nice and clean rooms, VERY nice breakfast (I love it). The beds are comfortable. Close proximity to LarComar which is the tourist trap. It's beautiful though. You can walk to the coast and jogging and what not. Definitely recommended.

A clean, functional and friendly Hotel

If you are staying for a couple of nights in Lima then this is a clean, functional and friendly hotel in the safe district of Miraflores. Ideally located just off the main shopping street - Avenue Jose Larco and within a few blocks (a short walk) of the Pacific ocean. The hotel is roughly 25-30 mins, depending on the traffic, from Jorge Chavez International Airport.
It is within a commercial/residential centre so it is nosy but not too intrusive. The room was a decent size and came equipped with TV, fridge, bath and over the bath shower, however there is no tea or coffee making facilities. Other than that It was well maintained i.e. no loose wires etc.
The restaurant located on the 2nd floor was clean and offered a buffet style breakfast with everything ranging from cereals to a more continental style with cheeses, meats, fruit and selection of breads. Also available was a small selection of fruit juicies and tea and coffee.
The staff were friendly and spoke reasonably good English (that's compared to my Spanish which is virtually zip).
If you have an evening flight when you check out ask to put your suitcases etc in the hotel's secure storage facility this saves you from having to lug your cases around with you all day.

Modern hotel in an excellent location - about a ten minute walk from Larco Mar shopping mall which has a great selection of bars and restaurants over looking the ocean. Facilities were good - we had a fridge in the room and there was free internet access from the hotel lobby. Rooms were modern and functional and there was no sign of any reservations during our stay. Breakfast was fairly basic but a small selection of everything you would want - our only complaint was that the staff were a bit slow in refilling the items.
Overall, a pleasant stay and the hotel wins on location.

Used this Hotel 3 times during stay in Peru, Very very well positioned for the main shopping area Miraflores and an easy walk to the sea front. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms which was a shame. Good choice at breakfast. Left large luggage while we went off the the Jungle for a couple of nights. Well pleased with this hotel and would use again if back in Peru.
