Great Hotel

My husband, 2 year old, and myself stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are extremly roomy, with a full kitchen. This hotel is very close to all the major attractions. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Wow! Super Clean!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Crestwood. The room was really, really clean and came equipped with a full size kitchen that was perfect to help us save money during our trip. The wireless Internet worked great and the staff was extremely friendly. We will be back soon!

Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean & had the kitchen, stove, fridge....which was perfect to cook breakfast in & sandwiches for lunch (which saves money). We stayed 4 nights. There is no maid service, which I can clean up after myself for 4 days. We wanted all our time & money to go into Disney, not the hotel & this hotel fitted that idea perfectly. I wouldnt recommend it for a honeymoon, but if you are just needing a clean quite place to sleep at night, this is the place to be.

My husband and I stayed at the Crestwood Suites for 2 nights March 9-11 2007. I booked my stay through Orbitz.com. This hotel is an extended day hotel so there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink and small table in each room. The room we originally booked was a queen, non-smoking room. When we arrived we received a queen, smoking room. I was a bit concerned, but called the front desk. Immediately when I called, I explained the situation and I was promptly accomodated in a room that was non-smoking. To my surprise, this room was a King bedroom, which I really loved at no extra charge.
The second night we were at this hotel, at 4am we were awakened by very loud fire alarms ringing in the building. Someone on the 2nd floor burnt eggs! Luckily this was not a real emergency, however once again the staff let us all sleep in and check-out at noon instead of 11am.
The staff was very nice, the lobby, outside area and all areas we saw were very clean. I was very skeptical at first due to the reviews I read prior to arrival, but was very happy with everything. This particular hotel is located about 14 miles from the Disney area and about 5 miles from Universal. Not too far from all the excitement and just far enough where if you want breakfast at the near by Denny's or Perkins, you don't have to wait forever to be seated.
I totally recommend this hotel especially for families who plan on staying there more than 2 nights because of the kitchens inside of the rooms. This is very covenient if one needs to save money by eating in.

Very, very dirty. I'll post pictures.
Office closes at 8pm until 8am. No staff onsite.
During our stay, a guest/tenant had a stove top fire at 3am. The fire
alarm system worked great. We evacuated our room to the main entrance. NO HOTEL STAFF ONSITE, use courtsey phone and dial. After many rings, someone answered and i was told that it was a stove top fire all was under control, they were asked to open a window to vent. I questioned, is the fire department coming? No. I questioned,
are you coming? hesitation. ARE YOU COMING, who will direct all of the hotel guests? Uh, yes. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. A guest evacuated his room and left his room key behind. He was left sitting on the lobby couch from 3am until the office opened at 8am. He did use the courtsey phone several times to no avail.
We requested non-smoking and adjoining rooms, i called to confirm directly with the hotel and was told no problem. When i arrived, they don't even have the adjoining ability.
