The whole building was recently renovated, so I felt like I was staying at a swanky boutique hotel during my business trip to Mannheim. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, just off the town center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional, and the restaurant and courtyard were very nice.

I stayed here with friends for the Springsteen concert at the beginning of December and I was quite pleased with the hotel. I didn't see or hear any building work going on. The room was comfortable and modern and the public areas were also tastefully furnished and decorated. The location couldn't really be better.Right on the main Water Tower square with the Christmas market being held throughout December Plusses for the extremely helpful front desk staff when we arrived late. Minusses for having a realtively low room rate but then hitting you for a hefty 17 Eoros for breakfast (although in their defence the breakfast was excellent and, also, this is practise becoming more and more standard).

Its a mix of old and new and not a complete hotel- I got left wit hthe feeling of being in a computergame or a TV show for rebuilding. Its boring and do not give you anything- the food was ok- I will not stay there any more

This is not a Premier Hotel by any stretch of the imagination! They are under construction and no one notes it in there on-line bookings. They started working in the room next to us at 8:00 AM. We were on vacation!! We had 2 rooms and they were terrible. The noisiest rooms I have been in around the world! Smelled of paint and smoke. They offered to move us if we downsized. I tried to talk to the manager but he was not available on 4 different times of my request.
