We stayed for 3 nights at the NH Dresden and had a very pleasant experience, from check in to check out. The rooms are functional, the beds are confortable and we were very pleased to have a quiet room , no street noise nor noise from the neighbours( a rare thing nowadays). All the staff very very welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Ren? Meyer from reception. Breakfast room is light, quiet if you go early, and with a very good breakfast buffet. Different daily newspapers are available. Easy to get to from the airport or Neustadt Rail Station (800 m ). Neustadt , are very lovely part of Dresden, with beautiful architecture and an avant garde atmosphere is within easy walking distance. It's worth getting the so called family ticket for the public transport system, 6euros a day, includes trip to the airport. All in all a memorable stay in this beautiful , suprising city with very friendly inhabitants. We'll go back to Dresden and the NH Dresden Hotel.

Dresden ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Das NH Hotel ist überdurchschnittlich und schön ruhig. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, nicht im Zentrum. Aber man kommt ganz leicht in die Stadt, die Bahn Nr. 3 hält ca. 200 m vom Hotel entfernt und damit ist man in nur 12 Minuten in der Stadt. Es liegt in Nähe des Bahnhofs Neustadt aber es ist weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber aber nicht sehr geräumig. Das Bad war auch nicht sehr groß aber auch sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück und Zimmerservice kann ich nichts sagen, weil wir das nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Leute hier waren sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Generell ein überdurchschnittliches Hotel das ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Dreden kommen würden, dann würden wir hier vielleicht wieder unterkommen.

As a city Dresden is an absolute masterpiece!!! As a hotel NH is an above average nice quiet hotel. Its location is not in the center but mostly in the outskirts of the city. But there is absolutely no problem to go to the center as the tram No 3 stops about 200m from the hotel and it takes you to the city in about 12 minutes. It is close to the Neuestadt train station but far from the main train station. The hotel room was not so spacious but nice and very clean. The bathroom too not so spacious but very clean. No comments about room service and breakfast as we never used them. The people of the hotel were very friendly and willing to help all the time and in any case. In general an above average hotel and with very good value for money. If we ever returned to Dresden maybe we would stay there again.

I've been in for 2 nights during a conference where we were attending as an exhibitor. Not often you can see a staff always smiling and friendly, always open for questions or orders. We needed some additional things for our booth and with one single question we got everything we needed. A colleague had some problems with his WLAN and 10 minutes later a guy from the hotels technical staff came to fix that problem. The staff is extraordinary, friendly, very quick so you will never find a plate standing around or have an empty glass - they are always there. The food has been very good. Clean and nice rooms (without a safe). Highly recommended for a congress (we had 130 or so people there). With the Strassenbahn it's just a 10 min ride to the center of Dresden. Try to get a room not facing the street, because having a room facing the street it's loud if you want to sleep with open windows.
