We stayed here in April 2008. The hotel was perfectly adequate - a decent 2 star hotel. The room itself was very nice - good size with television, kettle, small balcony, large wardrobe and nice bathroom (although separate a toilet!) The hotel staff were great - really friendly and helpful. They gave us a free map and were able to direct us (in English) to the free beaches, good cheap local restaurants, etc. Hotel itself was not amazing though. The lift was ancient and ridiculously small and the corridors were not lit (could not find a light switch for love nor money) so spent quite a lot of time stumbling around in the darkness trying to locate our room. Hotel is in a decent location, not very easy to find (pick up a hotel flyer from the tourist office as this has a map on it) but near the shops and some cheap places to eat. Overall, hotel was fine, not amazing but good for the price and we had no problems when we were staying there.

L'hôtel Kyriad Centre est situé le long d'un boulevard rapide à une centaine de mètres des boutiques de la rue d'Antibes. La proximité d'une voix rapide et la façade du bâtiment ne donnent pas un caractère très attirant à l'hôtel. L'accueil est très correct, le personnel souriant. Le salon de l'hôtel est très agréable, au calme, et confortable. La chambre est de taille moyenne, avec un équipement très correct (téléviseur écran plat, coffre, bouilloire), le balcon est grand, mais donne sur une rue bruyante (vitesse rapide des voitures et camions) La salle de bain est assez grande. 2 problèmes tout de même : l'insonorisation, pourtant mise en valeur dans les prospectus de l'hôtel, est mauvaise pour les chambres situées à l'étage de la salle du petit déjeuner. Le bruit est pénible très tôt le matin, ce qui vous gâche la nuit. Autre souci : les animaux étant acceptés dans cet hôtel, je suis tombé sur une chambre avec une forte odeur de chien (la femme de ménage avait d'ailleurs laissé la fenêtre ouverte), ce qui a été très désagréable. Je pense qu'il aurait été préférable de nettoyer la chambre plus en profondeur avant de l'autoriser à la réservation pour un autre client. Pour autant, et en réglant ces 2 petits problèmes, l'hôtel est correct.

This is a well located hotel within walking distance of the centre of Cannes and the nightlife. However the beach is a 10 minute walk away and the hotel is situated close to a flyover. The room was well sized, though very much of a 3 star standard. The hotel itself is a little tight for space and the elavator corridors make this obvious. All in all its good for the price paid, but not I can't describe it as special or a bargain.
