This hotel appears to be undergoing some exterior refurbishment. Located 10 minutes walk from the main train station, the Unger Garni is conveniently located close to the main shopping Konigstrasse. I don't think in my opinion that the hotel should be rated 4 star. I would put it in the 2-3 star category. However, the breakfast spread was quite generous and offers a decent choice. My single room was a bit on the small side but it offered a clean and reasonably copnfortable stay.

Anscheinend wird dieses Hotel gerade renoviert. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt bietet das Unger Garni eine praktische Lage, weil es so nahe zur Einkaufsstraße Königstrasse liegt. Ich finde nicht, dass man diesem Hotel 4* geben sollte. Ich würde eher 2-3* vergeben. Allerdings war die Auswahl zum Frühstück recht groß. Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar etwas klein, hatte aber einen angenehmen und sauberen Aufenthalt.

We picked the Hotel Unger because it looked close to the station, U bahn and shopping centre and it is. Booking by e-mail was easy and they responded very quickly with competitive prices. The rooms are clean, well equipped and quiet, with good beds. We booked and got non-smoking rooms. I gather the rooms facing the street can be noisy and the single room was small. The staff were helpful, and didn't charge us for a late cancellation on one room. Great breakfast buffet included in the price.

Escogimos el Hotel Unger porque parecía estar cerca de la estación U-bahn y del centro commercial, y lo estaba. Fue fácil hacer la reservación por correo electrónico, y respondieron muy rápidamente con precios competitivos. Las habitaciones son limpias, bien equipadas y tranquilas con buenas camas. Hicimos reservaciones, y nos dieron habitaciones de no fumador. Supongo que las habitaciones con vista a la calle pueden ser ruidosas. La habitación individual era pequeña. El personal fue servicial, y no nos cobró por haber cancelado una habitación tarde. El desayuno bufet fue estupendo, y estaba incluido en el precio.
