If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive you will be charged by the hotel as for the first night (no-show case).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing My Booking page.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED".

A deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the booking will be charged by the hotel to the credit card provided as soon as the booking is processed. Cancellations made at least 35 days before the date of arrival do not incur a penalty. For cancellations made more than 35 days before the date of arrival the 20% deposit will be refunded. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge a percentage of the total amount of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge. The charges are outlined below:

Cancellations made between 34 and 21 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 20% of the total amount of the booking.

Cancellations made between 20 and 8 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total amount of the booking.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total amount of the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
