Hi...for my and my husband is hard to find time to enjoy ourselfs and have a little romance...we need a time for us...i'm happy that i find this place even when i was wondering if it was going to be clean and neat well we like it our room was really neat and our stay was wonderfull everything around the corner ...i recomended this place when you want to get out at least for couple of hours from you routine...forget about the kids and the family.even the price is rigth ..thank you ...and i hope i can get out a little bit more and enjoy our time more frecuenlly........thank you ! As the previous reviewer mentioned, this place looks dated from the outside, but inside, the rooms are updated and EXTREMELY clean. I mean, this is probably the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in! No smells, and spotless. A big surprise because with the 50's neon sign it looked a bit honky tonk from the street. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome. A great value for the money. They also mentioned they have 14 security cameras scanning the place at all times and instantly know if there is any security breach. Definitely definitely would stay here again next time we're in Lancaster.

We needed a place to stay during a soccer tournament. We were going to stay somewhere else until we read the reviews in the trip advisor! Then we read the comments on Town House Motel. They were right on the money. This motel is super, super clean! Which is my biggest issue. The personal was friendly and very helpful. The room was immaculate. The bed's were comfortable and had super clean sheets. We had a small refrigerator and microwave. Everything worked beautifully, including the TV. We walked a couple of buildings down and had an excellent dinner at a very nicely appointed steak house. Then went back for a wonderful swim and Jacuzzi in the. . .again. . .super clean pool area. They also give a wonderful little goody bag upon check in, one of the best I've gotten. We enjoyed the free breakfast before heading off to the games in the morning!! I would stay here anytime and recommend this little gem to anyone! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

For the price, this is the place to stay. Unusually clean room, plus a friendly, generous front desk made everything smooth. It's not upscale, but it's perfect for a simple stay over. Comfortable, and hassle-free. I'd stay here again.

We chose Town House for the price. Though the outside doesn't look like much, we were delighted when we got into our room. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and had a small frig and microwave. The price included a continental breakfast buffet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again if we're in Lancaster.
