I spend with my family six nights in this lovely hotel, in this 12th century building and I find the location the best close to all the attractions. It's three min. walking from the C.Bridge and two from the Clock. The hotel room was spacious, very clean ,staff was friendly with good English and always helpful. Breakfast was adequately well and the only disadvantage that I found is the lack of dissent lobby. It's strongly recommended .Prague is the most beautiful city in Europe.

Stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel and couldn't fault it in any way.The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean especially the all marble bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Sheets changed twice during our stay and towels every day. Aircon was quiet very efficient and very welcome as we were lucky with the weather. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and spoke perfect English.
The wine bar next door (under same ownership although with a different name) was very good. The food and the Czech wines were excellent and reasonably priced and again the staff were helpful and polite even when we called in at nearly midnight just for a bottle of wine before going to bed
The Cafe/Restaurant just across the road was also very good and apparantly is also under the same ownership although there is no mention of this in the Brochure.
We arranged for a private transfer from the Airport through the Hotel and it was awaiting us as soon as we left the terminal building .We were at the hotel about 45 minutes from landing and that included baggage reclaim and Customs etc.which we thought was very good and got us off to a good start to our short break.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone as in addition to all of the above the location can not be beaten. Only 200 mteres from both the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge.

We had a great 3 night stay at this unique property. Everything we wanted to see in Prague was within walking distance from the Clementin's central location. Our room was compact but adequate, very neat and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and reservations.
This was our first visit to Prague, so we can't compare the Clementin with other hotels, but we know we will stay there again.

I was greeted on my 10 am arrival with a surly desk clerk who angrily told me it was too early for my room and furthermore they had no room to store my luggage until check-in. Even worse, my sleeping pills were stolen from my room while I was at dinner (they made me give my key while out). When I asked the clerk about the pills being taken, she suddenly understood no English. It's a shame since it's a cute hotel, but I do NOT recommend this place!

This hotel was fantastic! It literally is located in the most prime spot! It is right in between St. Charles Bridge and the Old Town Sqaure. You could not ask for a better location when staying in Prague. if you want to see the old square, or walk across the bridge into the baroque style area, then stay here. It is literally a 2 min walk to either location.
The staff was excellent, and the service fabulous! It is the thinnest building in all of Prague, which makes for a unique type of hotel to stay in, however the rooms are very gracious, and super clean! I would suggest this to anyone who is going to Prague! The hotel is very quiet, and there are only 9 rooms in the whole place, so you won't be bothered by lots of people going in and out. The hotel may not be a large chain, but it is very modern, with all the high tech keys, and satellite television and radio in all the rooms.
