We arrive to Cuneo in the middle of the night and stumble upon this hotel. They were incredibly attentitve to our needs and they gave us a service that surprise enormously. In addition, the room was lvoely with a lvoely view and our bed was huge and comfy.Breakfast (included) was continental and well catered for. The breakfast room was a touch of luxury. I could say many MANY great things about the hotel but I this that the most fantastic point is the personnel. We dealt with 3 receptionists and I don't have words to tell you how good they are. They bent over backwards to please us ( and we are a bit of a pain !) Throurghly recommend this hotel. If you go to Cuneo (lovely city by the way) enjoy the Superga! (And they have parking!!!)

l'hotel è centralissimo, il personale molto ma MOLTO accogliente. avevo con me i miei due cani che sono stati accolti calorosamente. tutto è ben pulito e arioso. la colazione abbondante. l'hotel fornisce gratuitamente dei dvd, anche appena usciti, da guardare direttamente in camera. le camere sono grandi, così come il bagno. il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccezionale.

They offer a lot of services that are included in the price, including free DVD's, welcome drink and the stuff in the mini bar were included--which we didn't know until we checked out. As most of us know the mini-bar prices are generally three times the cost of the item, and I usually avoid them. We paid the price for the Royal room in order to have reserved parking in their courtyard, which was lucky for us. The staff was very accomodating and helpful to us on many levels as we attempting to research our family history in the area. The room was pretty big for Europe and very clean and quiet. We rather whiched we had time to have stayed longer. The location is superb, right in the middle of town on the 8km covered promenade the circles the center of Cuneo. Highly recommended.
