This Hotel is pitiful. It is located far away from Rome and too far from the Train Station- Fara Sabina to walk. We arrived at the train station at 8.55pm and called the hotel, they told us their hotel shuttle was no longer working but they could call us a taxi for $55.00 Euros. We called other taxis but they refused to come and get us-probably a side agreement with the taxi that did pick us up. The ride took 5 minutes and the charge was $55.00 Euros-what a rip off. The hotel was in on the scam as we had to pay them the money when we arrived at the hotel.
The complimentary breakfast was bearly eatable. Everything was from a can and the balance consisted mostly of sweets. The room was ok, but the bathroom was nasty with mold all around the tub. Generally speaking the hotel needs a major face lift, I would rate it as 1 star and that is being generous.
The front desk was not really helpful, it always felt like you were interupting them from their busy schedule, even though they were just standing around. They were very eager to call a taxi for you-obviously so they could get their cut. We have seen alot of hotels and travelled to alot of cities throughout the world, I am not exagerrating by saying this was one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered.
Trust me on this one-STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

This hotel boasts a free shuttle service to the nearest train station. If you're interested in departing for Rome between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and returning to the train station between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., this will work for you. Otherwise, be prepared to pay 35 to 50 euros each way!
The restaurant was overpriced, the food was bland, and the service was poor.
We discovered several small chain restaurants in the shopping mall behind the hotel on our last day. We had been told by the hotel staff that there was not another restaurant within walking distance.
We'd have been much better off staying in Rome.

This was definitely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The hotel's webpage makes it look very attractive but is completely false. For example, it states on the webpage that the nearest train station (Fara Sabina) is 0 kilometers/ 0 miles away. It is actually 7 km away and no possible way of walking. The "free" shuttle has very limited hours of operation and if you don't catch it you will pay 25 euros for a 7 km car ride. There was tons of mold around windows and all through bathroom. Water from sink and tub runs brown for at least 20 minutes. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. The worst part of it all is that they don't tell you all the information you will need. For example, if you call the front desk for a shuttle ride from the Fara Sabina train station to the hotel and they can not get a hold of their contracted taxi drivers, you will have to pay for a taxi that will drive in from central Rome. This will cost approximately 100 euros for a 7 km ride from the train station to the hotel.
I highly recommend against staying at this hotel. Spoke with several other travelers that were staying at the hotel and they all had bad experiences and felt ripped off. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
