We stayed at the Intercontinental while we were in Cleveland for a wedding. The hotel itself has nice rooms, although the lobby was torn up for construction. We ordered room service for breakfast and while the food is good, it was extremely overpriced. The hotel is within walking distance of an art museum, which we enjoyed visiting the day after the wedding. Our only real complaint is that many of the staff members were badly trained and clueless. For example, when we asked for help with calling a taxi, they could never get it done or explain why there were problems. The person in charge of transportation was always mysteriously absent, or they didn't know who to call, or the person who was supposed to call forgot to... that sort of thing.

stayed two nights, construction all around the property. a bit far from actual down town and the airport. nothing around (walking for quick drive) for entertainment or dinning. restaurant was pretty good, but over priced for location.
the rooms were nice, bathrooms were great, furniture could have been a bit newer.
hot water was just alright yesterday morning. got up for a 6am flight and had to take a freezing cold shower. called the front desk and got a terribly unhelpful person that told me basically that i should have let the water run longer. -i felt badly enough letting it run for the 20 min that i did (including time that i was in there). and then she hung up on me...
ive stayed at questionable places that have cared more.

If you don't need to be connected to Cleveland Clinic

I stayed at this hotel for one night prior to my husband's surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, following which I moved to the Intercontinental Hotel. A one-bedroom suite was plenty roomy -- separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room with small refrigerator and microwave. The suite was nicely decorated, quite clean, and comfortable. On the minus side, there is a charge for internet access, no dishes/utensils in the kitchenette, expensive parking and figuring out how to get in and out of the hotel with the construction closures is a challenge. I did not eat at the restaurant, but the manager there was helpful at providing plastic cutlery. The materials were confusing on whether the hotel had a fitness facility (the room materials said no, but a sign implied there was one). It is on the Cleveland Clinic property, but unlike its sister hotel is not connected to the skywalk, although you can take the shuttle to various clinic locations. For those who don't feel the need to be connected to the hospital property, this is a good choice while at the Cleveland Clinic.

Soggiorno fantastico e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

L’Intercontinental su Euclid Avenue è diverso dai soliti Intercontinental a 5 stelle.
Absolutely fine.

After reading the reviews here, I was afraid of what I'd find when I checked into the hotel. It was really the only choice I had for where I needed to be. But it was fine - clean and comfortable.
The service was a tad lackadaisical, but most employees were pleasant to deal with, with the exception of one early morning desk clerk.
Small annoyances: a TV remote that worked only intermittently, and the online TV checkout system that didn't work at all.
My only major complaint is that they only offer valet parking, which is slow and inconvenient. And the cause, perhaps, of a few dents which appeared inexplicably.
For the price, a reasonably fair deal. If you need to stay in this part of Cleveland, don't be afraid to stay here. It's not a luxury hotel (the five stars are pretty ridiculous), but it's perfectly okay.
