This is probably the nicest hotel to stay at in Baltimore. It is right on the inner harbor, has amazingly comfortable beds, and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Special kudos to Joe and Preston, as well as the doormen Don and Luciano. The rooms are large and spacious, with well equipped bathrooms and clean, yet traditional and warm decor. We had our two children travelling with us and really felt at home. Don't try anywhere else!

I'd find it hard to believe there's a nicer hotel in Baltimore. The quality of the Intercontinental's is very variable, but this was one of the better. Old world, Ritz style (hunting dog paintings hanging in the halls and so on). Professional service, high quality rooms, great beds, Philips flat screen TV, good bathroom. The only limitation is that the desk and chair is designed for someone sending handwritten notes to Edith Wharton at The Mount. The desk is too high to work easily with a computer, and the chair has a straight, wood back which is comfortable for about 5 minutes. They need to redo the workstation area, but otherwise a great stay.

A great hotel, especially for the rate ($129.00). Right on the harbor, so you can walk to any "Inner Harbor" attractions. Clean room and large. We got two queen beds and it was very comfortable. Friendly service.
Warning: DO NOT park at the lot on the corner next to the hotel. Park at the hotel, it is $17. I made the mistake of parking at a lot next to the hotel because it's the first one that I saw. They charged me for two days because I stayed overnight ($52.00).

The location of the IC Harbor Court is great! Within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Baltimore Aquarium, The Power Co, and Camden Yards.
My husband, 12 year-old son, and I booked a two night stay for a weekend vacation to see the Aquarium. I booked a package deal that included valet parking, breakfast for 2 (up to $20/pp), and 2 tickets for the aquarium. I was told that additional tickets could be purchased at the front desk upon arrival.
Check-in was quick and pleasant. Our room was upgraded to a harbor view as a member of the Priority Club. The room was very nice: great view, clean bathroom, all plumbing and electronics working, well-kept furnishings, clean carpet, and fresh smelling.
We ordered room service for breakfast the first morning. Almost everything was delivered as ordered. We ordered a glass of milk instead of juice. The milk was brought in a small cream pitcher. I called room-service. They misunderstood that this was milk for the coffee instead of a beverage. A large glass of milk was brought within 5 minutes of the call.
I went to the front desk to purchase the additional aquarium ticket as I was told to do. I was informed that they had no more tickets. Too bad. Oh wait, they might have a child's ticket somewhere in the back. Fortunately, my son met the age requirement and they were able to find the additional ticket.
Maid service knocked and entered the room as we were still preparing to leave for our outing. I told her we would be ready to leave in 15 minutes and could she come back then. Upon return from our days outing, around 8 p.m., the room was not made up and the breakfast tray with all the dirty dishes were still in the room. I called the front desk to request maid service. They said that I had refused service earlier in the day so my room was not made up. They asked if I wanted a full cleaning or just some fresh towels. I opted for the fresh towels. I was told I would have to call room service myself to arrange the for removal of the breakfast tray. Neither maid service nor room service showed up after an hour. Eventually, the turn down service knocked and was able to get us fresh towels and convinced room service to come for our breakfast trolley.
The hotel has a very nice indoor pool which we all enjoyed. Pool towels are provided as were various floatation devices for the kids (noodles and kick boards). There are other gym ammenities but we did no use them.
We did not eat in the restaurants or the small coffee shop in the lobby.
Upon leaving, our bill was overstated for a few items that they readily took off. It's just annoying that they were there in the first place. One expects that from lower establishments, but not from an upper star hotel.
The valet service to retrieve our luggage and car was quick and courteous.
A nice hotel but too many things were "off" for the price.
