This is a very nice property close to Puerta del Sol and metro station. The rooms are nice and clean. Rooms are small and beds are ok'ay. However, size of bath is good. We had breakfast next door and it was fair and easy nothing out of this world. We would stay there again due to location. The young ladies who staff the front desk were great...the restaurant recommended were great. They even made reservations for us at El Botin. We had a wonderful stay in Madrid and the hotel and location assisted with that too.

My friend and I stayed there for two nights. I love the location of the hotel, close to the Sol Metro station and walking distance to almost all major tourist sites. Room is clean but has thin walls, we heard showers from next door and cleaning noise (sweeping and vacuuming). Staffs are very helpful in general.

What a jewel in an otherwise rundown neglected area of this large city. Myself and two friends have just returned and were impressed by the standard of the hotel. All the staff were friendly from the managers to the cleaners. Hotel ios decorated in a conntemporary style and rooms are although not spacious, adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and was taken in a small room adjacent to the hotel's bar. this consisted of a good range of choices served in a clean environment. Hotel itself was spotlessly clean with chambermaids that didn't knock on your door at the crack of dawn wanting to clean the rooom. Public areas quiet and elegant. We however found Madrid itself to be somewhat of a disappointment. Streets were litter strewn with piles of rubbish overflowing from all of the communal recycling bins we came across. Hotel is very well placed to get around Madrid from. Within walking distance of most of the landmarks and shopping areas. Excellent public service provision. Madrid however is not a place we would rush back to for a follow up visit. But we wouldn't have missed this chance we got to see this capital city.
