Ma famille et moi sommes allés au Plaza Opéra en juin 2007. Il est actuellement en rénovation, donc il est arrivé une fois ou deux qu’on ne pouvait pas emprunter les escaliers, mais il y avait un petit ascenseur. Personnel sympa et serviable. Salle du petit déjeuner en sous-sol mais claire et accueillante. Petit déjeuner simple, avec des produits frais. Chambre de bonne taille, propre et confortable. L’hôtel a l’accès à internet sans fil. Il est bien situé, à la fois près de la Gare du Nord et de la station de métro Cadet, et à 10 mn à pied du Sacré Cœur. Dans l’ensemble, nous étions contents de notre séjour.

My family and I stayed at the Plaza Opera in June 2007. It is currenly undergoing renovation so there were a couple of occasions where the stairs were unusable however there was a small lift. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is in the basement but was bright and cheerful. The breakfast was simple and fresh. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel has wifi access. The hotel is in a good location, close to both Gare Du Nord and Cadet Metro station. A 10 minute walk puts you near Sacre Coeur. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Not at all what I was expecting from the web site. A tired, dark and dirty hotel. Plastic curtains that didnt even meet in the middle, no mini bar or room service, filthy bathroom. A BIG dissapointment

it was a really bad experience!!!! I spent 5 weeks in europe and all the hotels was very nice, until I arrived to this hotel, everything was dirty, the staff was not friendly, they say the hotel is three stars, I think it don´t have even one star, avoid this dirty and smeally hotel!!!!
