We spent a long weekend in London. The city is busy and crowdy and noisy but exciting! It was so lovely to come back to the hotel with its calm and clean areas. It felt really HOME'Y and all staff was so friendly and warm. I dont long for London really but the time in the hotel, the restaurant, bar and open fire area was so relaxing so one long for that! Congratulation to a succesful management of the Hotel!

Sherlock is one of the topp hotel i stayed in! The staff was FAB, You can really se that they enjoy their job Great location Breakfast was really bussy, but worth the wait. I will be back.. Eric

Super souvenir. On avait eu un excellent deal sur le site directement. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait dans notre chambre et nous avions meme pu choisir la couleur à notre arrivée. L'hotel est tres bien situé, a deux pas de la station de métro et pas loin d'Oxford street finalement. Chambre tres propre, bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympa avec une consigne pour les bagages lorsqu'on libère la chambre le matin et que notre avion du retour n'est prévu que dans la soirée. La prochaine fois que j'irais à Londre je regarderai s'il y a encore un bon deal.

For a change our firm organised a Christmas do in London (up from Somerset ) and I could not fault the booking system (direct with the hotel) and the helpful staff on both arrival and departure, especially when transferring 7 rooms bills onto 1 account for payment. The location is great for shopping & sightseeing and the hotel itself was clean, smart but with a cosy feel. Rooms were stylishly fitted out and the bathrooms were a treat for the weary traveller. Had no time to check the breakfast however (and this may say more about me than my fellow guests) the hotel bar will stay open for 24 hours! Highly recommended hotel - I will definitely stay again.

Check in found my prepaid lastminute.com reservation difficult to handle, the first door key did not work, there was no soap in the room, the quite noisy bar one has to walk through to get to reception would not appeal to everyone, there is only one over-used lift. the bedroom window barely opened and the room had not been kindly treated by previous occupants. However, it was more or less clean - if one did not look too closely or mind a general "bedroom" whiff permeating the place. Only really worth the money if quite heavily discounted from rack room rate: despite their claim, parkplaza.com does NOT offer the cheapest available internet rates. Goodish 3 star standard: it is much more tired than it looks on parkplaza's website.
