Small rooms, airconditioning is good: no noise. Bathrooms are ok but some baths not useable for people over 1.50 mtrs. Have a shower on your knees. ( room 703). beds are ok. Service was bad (2 out of 4 people). It was not possible to order a taxi for departure day to the station. got bullied by the front officemanager.
Breakfast is ok but the way you are treated is not the way expect to be treated. The breakfastlady wants you to know that she does not like her job.
Hotel is ok but the service is...brrrrrrr.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shall we start with the blood stains on the inside of the cover, the tremendously rude staff. The fact that it is unairconditioned, have no fans, and will charge you for your full stay even if you leave to go to another hotel. Or should we talk about the revenge factor…how instead of calling a shuttle van to take me to the airport, they called a taxi (with higher prices) and then who then physically threatened me and broke my luggage when I refused to pay more than the advertised price. Before leaving for Versailles, I asked about whether it would rain and was told 'no sunny all day'. Instead I was met with rainshowers all day long and a cold that ruined the rest of the trip!

Stayed there for 3 nights in May 2007. Hondeymoon trip.
The hotel is not charming but is comfortable. Maybe too little bathroom, and a little noisy if you get a room to the street; but if this is your first time in Paris (as it was for us) you won't be at the hotel more than to sleep and have a shower.
So this worked perfect for us!. Very good breakfast!!!
Staff is friendly. And location is perfect. Less than 1 km far from the louvre, the opera and La Fayette Galleries. There is a tube station 2 corners away. From there you can reach montmartre and all other interests points.! Again. Great location, worth the price!

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As someone who travels to Paris every year, I have to say that this hotel is...frankly.. a dump. Stranger to a paint brush, mould adorned the walls of my room, while the burns of a travel iron marked the carpet where the plug was - there is only one plug in the room. Its is very noisy, if you want a quiet nights sleep, don't stay here. On a more serious note, the windows were large and low to the floor and the safety bars were loose and looked as if they could give at any moment. Comfort? It certainly wasn't!
