What can I say other than a simply amazing hotel! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the barstaff are truly excellent!! I have never met nicer people or been to a nicer hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard and the hotel itself is so spotless I could not fault it. The floors are so clean you can even walk to and around the pool in bare feet and not worry about cutting them or anything. The hotel also has fantastic facilities and entertainment for children, teenagers, adults and even the elderly. The pool is also great with a decent size and some water aerobics on everyday for those interested and I must say that my friends and I loved it!! It is such a friendly, warm environment that I cannot wait to go back there next year and I would reccomend it to anyone and everyone who appreciates great service at a great price!!

Ok, first of all as a family admittedly were more than a bit fussy, were picky on cleanliness and very particular about getting more than our moneys worth!!..We booked the hotel on a last minute whim after looking for cheap and cheerful we have had a tough year money wise so tight budget time. We really didnt like the sound of the Costa Brava but couldnt turn down a good deal-At ?271 for 3 of us for 5 nights inc buffet breakfast we were pretty much expecting the worst. Noise? Lads? Drunks? We couldnt be more wrong or more pleased. The hotel is genuinely fantastic, not just fantastic for the money, fantastic full stop. Its location is spot on. The area is newly renovated, perfect for families, nice people, couples, older, younger, sight seeing etc-gorgeous beaches and we saw NO chavs, no nasty bars, no gangs of lads, no stags, no drunks or any hassle-just pleasant people!! The train station is just down/across the road which takes you up and down the whole coast inc Barcalona for just a ?5 return!! The hotel genuinely was spotlessly clean and i mean clean. All day from 6am in the morning until we saw cleaners mopping, polishing, wiping and constantly ensuring it looked perfect. The rooms were spotless, each had modern clean new contemporary furnishings, a lovely balcony, tv, clean bathroom etc. The room was cleaned EVERYDAY inc clean towels everyday!! The buffet breakfast was spot on, bacon fried eggs black pudding beans etc etc plus heaps of other goodies inc cereals, fruits, meats cheeses, bread, milkshakes and even free bubbly!! the hotel has a great games room downstairs inc pinball tables, lots of machines etc. The pool was great too, cleaned daily inc water cleanliness checks by the pool attendant. The reception was pretty friendly and english was spoken which helped!! a lovely bar too with full selection of drinks-didnt meet any idiots or drunks throughout the stay either...bliss!! the only moan would be that the hotel has a great tennis court, a football pitch and a basketball court but to use them meant paying out almost 10 euros, as only 2 of us wanted to use them it was a bit much and thus in the whole stay i only saw them used once...what a shame. In a nutshell, a smart, clean , friendly, modern, luxurious, well located hotel. Recommend highly...cant wait to go again!!!!!!!

A lovely place to stay, as soon as we walked into the reception, we knew we had picked a nice place. Everything was smart and clean, the staff friendly and informative. The rooms were spacious and provided what was needed, with a little balcony as well. The restaurant and food were fine, a good selection on offer - something to suit everyone. The bars were great, nice big screen in the one - good job as it was the start of the euro tournament!! Overall, a really good hotel to stay at and will definitely go there again.

We stayed her for a week, from 29th May to the 5th June 2008, my friend and I and our children aged 7, 4 (nearly 5), 4 and 2. A great hotel, rooms lovely and spotless. The whole hotel overall is spotless and modern. Very curtious and helpful staff throughout the whole hotel. The hotel run childrens club and mini disco is excellent for little ones (we went with four children seven years and under) and the entertainment staff have so much energy! I was weary from reading previous reviews about the food, but found the food choice fantastic, there were no queues as previously descibed and plenty of choice, even for me being a veggie! The pool was clean and the little ones loved the childrens pool, there was aqua aerobics for those who wanted to join in. Will be going back next year.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, the staff are excellant and are always there to assist the guest. The food is varied considering the many nationalities that use this hotel.The room maids work very hard and the general housekeeping is well above average. The pool area is well maintained and the animation team work hard to entertain. The bar staff are perhaps the best that I have had the pleasure to meet. I will most cetainly return there again.
