A typical French Style Hotel in a nice area of this lovely City. We stayed for two nights Sat/Sun in early May and paid 300 euros for our double room - a bit pricey for what is barely a 3* hotel. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely eat out for breakfast - less than half the price but we can recommend the restaurant next door for dinner. To sum up - a pleasant stay in a quaint traditionally French hotel - if you like that sort of thing fine - however you will pay much less for more amenities in a newer 4* hotel.

Just around the corner from a lovely leafy square where there is a great restaurant on the corner. Great location for visiting beautiful Montpellier and the shops. Very helpful staff.

We arriver in Montpellier with no where to stay. The tourist office gave us a list of accommation. We chose the Le Guilham. About 15 minutes walk from the centre, difficult to find, is a small narrow street. Room nice and clean with old style french furniture. Bathroom clean. We stayed 4 night and used Montpellier as a base. The breadfast at 12 euro each was not worth it. Bread jam pastries and coffee. An egg was 2 euro extra. I would recommend this hotel, just off a nice residental square and minuted walk from lots or resturants. go elsewhere for your breadfast.

Great place to stay in Montpellier.

We stayed here for three nights in early October. I agree with most of the reviews - we stayed in nice size room, the service was friendly and helpful, the location was lovely and we payed a good price. I take away a star though because the walk was a bit too far and taxing (for my wife and I at least) from the Place de la Comédie and the tram. We would have been better off paying for a premium to stay in the center of town, as might older travelers or parents with young children. If you don't mind a little walk or a taxi then this is a great place to stay in Montpeller.
