Nice rooms, quiet atmoshphere. Bed and pillows bit hard to me, but certainly new and well kept.
Bathroom and shower as well as toilet complements ok.
Fee wi-fi in all the area, that makes a difference.
Breakfast should be improved. The best, fresh fruit but only industrial pastries . It seems no kitchen service in the hotel as you cant find anything cooked to eat in the mornings such as eggs .Coffee american style. Spanish people have different taste for coffee, stronger and woold be appreciated ,as much of the visitors are Spanish.
Nice pool area, very clean and quiet.

Me and my boyfriend have been guests of this hotel for 2 nights (30th and 31th of may, 2008). We had chosen it (prior to going to Spain) because it seemed the perfect place to relax between trips throughout the neighbourhood. We were at the end of a circuit through the entire south of Spain and on our way to Malaga for the flight home (we are from Romania, by the way). First impression was a rather good one. The place seemed newly renovated and was kept clean and the staff were polite (not friendly, at least not to us). We were given a room almost next to the lobby and that proved to be the first of a couple of problems we discovered about this place:
1. The hotel is built and furnished in such a way that the sound/noise absorbing materials are almost entirely absent. Except for a thin carpet along the hallway leading to the rooms, the rest of the ground floor has shiny ceramic tiles for flooring. The lobby, the staircase leading to the first floor as well as the rooms, all are devoid of carpets (big, small, thin or thick). This results in every sound - even a small one - echoing as if in a great hall. In fact, that's exactly how we felt in this hotel after midnight as we were trying to fall asleep - as in the middle of a crowded railway station hall at midday (at 2 o'clock in the morning some other guests were still very busy preparing for going out, so the place was anything but quiet).
2. The beds in our room were very mobile due to the fact that two of the legs of every bed had small wheels attached (probably for making cleaning easier). As I already mentioned, our room had shiny ceramic tiles for flooring and, as a result, every time we took seat on them, the beds moved quite a bit. We could even hear beds moving in the rooms above and next to us, which made us think this wasn't only our problem.
Last but not least - as already mentioned in the comments above - breakfast itself as well as the music played during breakfast hours could have been improved, but this is an almost insignificant problem compared to what I already described.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni nel mese di agosto 2007, ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo a tutti.
Le camere sono belle, spaziose, pulite, l'arredamento e il bagno sono nuovi, c'è la tv satellitare, il phon e l'aria condizionata. Consigliamo le camere al primo piano vista piscina.
Le colazioni sono nella media.
La piscina è splendida nel giardino dell'hotel molto curato e con lettini.
Il personale è gentile e ci è stato di molto aiuto per eventuali itinerari da scegliere. L'hotel si trova fuori dal paese e noi lo abbiamo apprezzato proprio per la tranquillità, comunque è relativamente vicino sia alle spiagge che al paese di Conil.

Magnífco tres estrellas que en algunos aspectos supera su categoría. Destaco la limpieza del lugar, el excelente mantenimiento de las instalaciones, el agradable entorno de la piscina, la magnífca terraza de la cafetería del hotel, las zonas comunes, la amplitud de las habitaciones, el personal simpático y nada agobiante...perfecto para descansar ya que no está en el núcleo central de Conil. Las playas son accesibles en coche, pero se tarda poco en llegar y son perfectas.
Lo único mejorable es el desayuno : el buffet es correcto pero muy poco variado ( se echa de menos más variedad de embutido, huevos, bollería fresca ).
Aún así, repetiré sin dudarlo ( además la relación calidad-precio en comparación con establecimientos de la zona es imbatible )
