Modern but poor outdoor facilities

We were told that the hotel is now under a new Italian management and to a certain extent this shows. The rooms were clean, with modern facilities and furniture as well as mod cons like an ipod alarm clock and free wi fi access. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful and to make us feel welcome. On arrival, they whistled us into our rooms and offered us lunch in the Club Room making sure that they met the needs of the children. Sadly our expereince was marred by the fact that the pool was being refurbished and the 2 children were therefore very disappointed. The hotel also did not have any outdoor grounds, terraces or gardens. Unfortunately, the hotel was appear to be located in the middle of nowhere with poor access to local shops or facilities.

A couple and a single shared a room here (roll away was good) and had a great stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is brand new. The room was spacious with modern features (eg. shower, tub, flat screen tv). There is a roof top pool with great views - a touch cold but really refreshing from the Indian heat.
The restaurant and bar were good. The buffet that night featured northern indian cuisine (a bit spicey but good). The orders from the menu were great.
If you've been traveling in India for an extended period this hotel will soothe what ails you.

excellent service and breakfast,
dissapointed pool not complete, and construction work going on.
better bathrooms than many 5 star hotels.
