Buckeburg Castle
The first in 1304 mentioned construction has developed over the centuries till the actual shape. A broad moat encloses the former residence, which is still the seat of the royal family of Schaumburg-Lippe.

Meeting Facilities
The home of Agnes Miegel, the famous German regional poet, who lived in Bad Nenndorf from 1953 till 1964, the year of her death. She was born in K???nigsberg and after she escaped from her home town in 1945 she finally reached the "Schaumburger Land"
