We most enjoyed our stay in Merano at this centrally located hotel. It was within an easy walk to the Therme (pools) and the center of town. Parking was provided for our rental car at no extra charge. We walked up to this hotel without a reservation. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bright yet simple. Everything looked like it had been renovated recently. They have kitchenettes if you need to use it but there is a significant charge (the final clean-up fee). The balcony was spacious with a table. We found the rooms quiet and our rest here was uniterrupted. Although I believe we could have found cheaper accomodation with similar standards, I believe the convenience of location is a considerable reason to stay here. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of breakfast foods nicely laid out. The breakfast lady was a little rude, however. We were at the Flora in February. At that time the outdoor pool was closed, but it did look nice and I wish it had been open.

Sono capitata in questo hotel per fare il regalo di laurea ad un'amica, conoscevo già bene Merano e l'idea era quella di regalare un piccolo soggiorno con giornata alle terme. Oltre al fatto che ho potuto comodamente prenotare tutti i trattamenti termali con l'hotel, sono rimasta - anzi siamo rimaste incantate dall'assoluta tranquillità del posto. Praticamente in centro alla città, a 2 minuti dalle terme, non un rumore se non il cinquettio degli uccellini e il fiume. Un paradiso. Le stanze spaziose, pulite e confortevolissime. Un peccato non aver potuto prolungare la vacanza.

Il nostro soggiorno in quest’albergo nel centro di Merano è stato piacevolissimo. L’albergo si trova a quattro passi dalle terme e dal centro. Il parcheggio per la macchina a noleggio è incluso nel prezzo. Noi siamo arrivati senza prenotazione. Le camere erano spaziose, accoglienti e luminose, ma semplici. Sembra che tutto fosse stato rimodernato di recente. C’era anche un angolo cottura in caso vi serva, ma bisogna pagare per usarlo (i soldi servono per ripulire tutto al momento della partenza). Il balcone era spazioso e aveva un tavolo. Abbiamo trovato che le camere erano tranquille e abbiamo dormito senza problemi. Sebbene credo che avremmo potuto trovare un posto meno costoso e di un livello comparabile, direi che la comodità dell'ubicazione è una buona ragione per stare qui. La colazione era abbondante con una vasta scelta di piatti tra cui scegliere tutti disposti davvero bene. Tuttavia la signora che la serviva era un po’ maleducata. Siamo stati al Flora a febbraio. In quel periodo la piscina era chiusa, ma sembrava bella e mi sarebbe piaciuto che fosse stata aperta.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel in Meran sehr genossen. Man konnte ganz einfach zur Therme (Bäder) und zum Stadtzentrum laufen. Es gab kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für unseren Mietwagen. Wir sind ohne Reservierung im Hotel angekommen. Die Zimmer waren großräumig, bequem und hell, trotzdem einfach gehalten. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass sie erst kürzlich renoviert wurden. Es gibt eine Kitchenette, falls man diese benutzen möchte, jedoch ist dann ein hoher Aufpreis zu zahlen (Reinigungsgebühren). Der Balkon war groß und hatte einen Tisch. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und wir konnten uns ungestört ausruhen. Auch wenn es mit Sicherheit günstigere Unterkünfte von ähnlichem Standard gibt, so ist die Lage des Hotels ein auschlaggebender Grund, um hier zu übernachten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen, die sehr schön angerichtet waren. Allerdings war die Frühstücksbedienung relativ unfreundlich. Wir waren im Februar im Flora und zu dieser Zeit war das Schwimmbad draußen geschlossen, es hat jedoch sehr schön ausgesehen und ich wünschte mir, dass es geöffnet gewesen wäre.
