Breakfast was very nice, and location was convinience for turists. But our room was not so clean. Shower was O.K, but there were werdigris around the sink and the faucet. I don't know why but there were little blood spots(? red spots) on the ceiling. The room's air just a little dark. If you never exspect something special, this hotel is O.K.

this is a well placed hotel for everything you need when staying in Munich. The rooms are very clean and tidy, with good maid service. The breakfast was above average you could not ask for more choice. The reception staff were well above average and so very helpfull We would definately stay here again. Well we held our breath when we came to this hotel on our itinerary. It was not bad, but not great. Our first room had peeling paint on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom and no shower door. We switched rooms, and it was better. The hotel was old and definitely needed some updating. They had done some, but more is needed. it was not dirty like some reviews stated and the sheets were new. The Intercity and Mercure chain of hotels were very nice middle range hotels in Germany. Clean, modern and friendly. Those would be my choices for a somewhat budget choice.
