We stayed at the Rocabella for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and took care of us. Everybody was nice and sweet.
The room was very beautiful and comfortable with an amazing view. Sunset was wonderful there. We had a lovely terrace.
We really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool was great too.
There were only one inconvenience : There was no water during one morning, that was not confortable but the staff cares about it. It seems that it usually happens in the island.
We would recommend to our friends to choose this place for a romantic stay away of the noisy and busy place of Mykonos (town).
The hotel is only 5 minutes from the city center by taxi/ or bus.
We had a good time there and would be happy to stay at the Rocabella again. !

We stayed in Rocabella Art Hotel in final of May, it was our honey-moon and something told me it was going to be very odd.
First of all, dont go from the airport to the hotel with the transportation of the hotel , it is a small ugly and dusty van and it will cost you 15 Euro each of you.
When we arrived at the hotel we face a nice room with a balcony with a view to the marvelous reception of the hotel.
So first the van now this?? This was going to be great...
Tired from the long journey I crawl down the stairs to face Joana with a big smile, saying a didn't asked for a better room, so I Tought " I travel almost 3000 Km to get a room face to the reception of the hotel and to the ugly van parked outside of the hotel with no see view?? With my big smile of a married man I apologize joana that told me they would going to up-grade my room to a better room.
At that same night i order a small snack...ATENTION a small, little tiny snack in rocabella hotel will cost you 36 euros...So my honeymoon so far was running bloddy great.
The hotel as a spectacular see view, and the staff from the hotel are very friendly.
The next Day Before our first romantic dinner me and my wife gather round the pool bar and asked for two drinks a martini and a vodka, the bartender kindly chat with us and in the end , once more the Hotel Strikes again, the bartender gave us a spectacular check, 20 Euros , 27.22 Dolars... FOR TWO SMALL DRINKS so I thought i'm I in a stripHotel ??? I don't think so...
The Hotel is 1 hour at least by foot from Mykonos Vila , so I advise you to rent a car or a bike, cause in this case you can travel all over the island and have transport to go and eat something...Ohhh I remind you once more, a greek salad in any fine restaurant is 7 Euros ( 9.53 Dolars ) in the hotel will cost you 12 Euros...what a friendly hotel...
But not everything is bad
The rooms are lovely, everything work fine, the bathroom, the tv, the stereo, the jacuzzi, and everyday it all went perfectly clean once more.
Althought it's why you pay 200 Euros a Night...

the rocabella is gorgeous, as pretty as the photos in the website. service is OUTSTANDING, joan and her colleagues went out of their way to make our stay an UNFORGETTABLE one.
i LOOOOVED the plush mexx bathrobes and bath towels, a nice luxe touch i didnt expect.
our room was a 2 bedroom deluxe, perfect for families. my daughter mila loved the way the second room was designed like the interior of a ship, and the bed was tucked into a snug corner, and has a painting of a view from the window of a ship which adds to the charm of the room. we had a balcony overlooking the sea, which is only 5 minutes by foot, past a sweet chapel on the beach.
mila and dani made friends with the adorable friendly hotel cat, rocca, and the dogs fivos and belga, and spent many hours watching dvd and lounging around watching the sea.
i would recommend a stay at rocabella art hotel to anyone wanting to discover mykonos minus the crowds and hustle and bustle of the town. unforgettable....
