The Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Columbus West is located just 6 miles from downtown Columbus, The Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, The Brewery District, and all other downtown attractions. Each guest room has complimentary wireless high speed Internet access, cable TV including HBO, a microwave, and a refrigerator. As our guest, enjoy our heated indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, and even complimentary passes to the local World Gym. Our lobby is welcoming with the smell of cookies, baked fresh daily. Please relax by the fireside reading a book from our lending library, or a complimentary edition of the USA Today newspaper. We also host a manager's reception twice a week. Called to get a room here at 8 PM as an unscheduled stop on our way through the area. Price was $81 with AAA discount plus taxes. Clean, quiet room. Typical continental breakfast with waffle maker. Free internet worked well. Worked well as brief overnight stop.

stayed at the country inn and suties on a thursday and friday night due to my son having to be at an osu orientation and the anime con going on at the hotel next door. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was a clean and a nice size. the continental breakfast had a large variety including hardboiled eggs, sausage links, and make your own waffles along with all the normal things you would see in a continental breakfast. the pool and the hottub were great. everyone was friendly and willing to help.

We stopped at the Country Inn & Suites for a quick night while en route to Nashville, TN. The hotel was convenient and right off the highway. It was very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The room was spacious was a very comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. The TV had a large number of channels available and even had a VCR. The continental breakfast had many options including eggs and sausage for a biscuit sandwich, belgian waffles many varieties of yogurt (more then your typical hotel), and very good coffee (a rarity for many hotels) with flavored creamers. Overall, if traveling through this area again, I would definitely make it a point to stop again.

Two years ago, I spent time at Country Inn & Suites West and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were very clean and well kept as was the entire facility. The employees were friendly and helpful. I am visiting Columbus, Ohio in the near future and I look forward to staying at the Country Inn & Suites West again. For the price, one can not go wrong in staying here.
