It is difficult to rate as this place is the most remote area of entire Australia so do not expect to have 5star facility and service anyway.
However all season resort was very quiet (it is wet season so not many tourists) and thier garden is very beautiful. The swimming pool is very well maintain. There is kids pool as well.
The room is 90' style so do not expect for high standard but enough to enjoy. 2 TV channel with free movies.
The restaurant is OK, if you can, go to Boab book shop and cafe for breakfast and do not eat at the hotel. It's really standard breakfast.

This hotel was not our first choise in Kununurra but the Lakeview Apartments, our first choise, were booked and the Country Club Hotel tried to put us away in one of the backrooms by their uninterested staff. So we tried the All Seasons. This one is less than the All Seasons Katherine and rooms are a bit dark and not nicely decorated. Good pool with good chairs, a good restaurant (also the Country Club Hotelrestaurant with misty showers, was good) and a helpful (Beau) staff makes our stay pleasant after all. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with limited selfcatering at the price of AUD 155,--.
