not bad at all

The hotel is the oldest in town but has been modernised. Whilst it's not of a great standard when compared with some of the others in northern Australia it's not bad. The rooms are a reasonable size and come with everything you need, they're kept clean and tidy and everything works. Meals in the restaurant are very good, there's a good choice and the quality is excellent. Prices for this area are reasonable and the service is excellent. Location is good, right in the centre of town and 2 minutes walk from the shopping centre, banks, post office etc. Plenty of parking and the bars are well patronised and popular.
All in all for the north west it's pretty good. Probably more for someone working there or travelling through and looking for a rest rather than making it the base for your holiday. Then again who would go to Karratha for a holiday?
Not up to standard

The accommodation is run down with the rooms dark and dingy and looking out through 2 barred windows on to unkept courtyard of sawdust and weeds
The pool requires access via a gate next to the Bistro.
There are no kitchen facilities provided and accommodation could be classed as basic minors' quarters.
The Bistro provides good meals.
A better alternative would be to use the Best Western Hotel next door which has full kitchen facilities and rooms that look out on a well kept pool.. These rooms are more expensive but the facilities are far more attractive and inviting. If you cook your own meals you will stay in a superior place for the same cost as the unattractive All Seasons.
