I have stayed at this hotel several times while attending an annual event at the Palais D'Omnisports Paris Bercy. Location for that is fantastic, a little bit out of the way for the main sights of Paris though.
Its very close to Gare De Lyon and is also served by metro line 14 (And another one I cant remember) - Bercy is a nice area where I generally feel safe at night. Lots of nice restaurants are just across the street from the hotel.
The hotel itself was booked via www.accorhotels.com - Its basic but clean and modern and has now changed from being a Mercure Hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and polite and I can still see me visiting this hotel every November for many years to come. Prices are very reasonable too!

My company has an office nearby, and I have stayed at this hotel when it used to be the Mercure. Now it has been renovated and rebranded to All Seasons, and this has made it truly awful for the business traveller.
Firstly, the already small rooms no longer have any desk for working, just a rolling tray that can be positioned over the bed. The bathroom has no space to put your own toiletries due to a bizarrely large sink. The air conditioning units have not been renewed, so are the same small, noisy units that worked so badly before in the Mercure.
Whilst the room now has bright colours, the single most annoying item is the new bed. Due to the design (slats over wooden boxes with mattress on top) the bed undersheet doesn't stay fixed, so as soon as you get into the bed, you find that the bottom sheet creases and gathers around you, and can't be fixed (I ended up removing mine). The uncomfortable mattresses from the Mercure still seem to be here though.
The in-room TV is a philips LCD widescreen which would be great, apart from being fixed on the wall at the end of the bed at the wrong height. This means that whilst sitting on the bed (the only place to sit as there are no other seats in the room), your view is too low, and the LCD isn't properly visible (half the screen has a black tinge).
Finally, the all-inclusive wifi turns out to be only in the public areas, and there is no wifi coverage in the bedrooms (and no other modem/ethernet connections either).
This probably explains why at 3:50 in the morning, I'm unable to sleep in this room and have used the 3G card on my laptop to write this review. If I can save at least one other traveller from the sleepless night experience, it will be worthwhile.

This hotel is now in the new All Seasons brand (not a Mercure any longer).
Chose this hotel because of an early meeting the next day (across the river), without realising there was an actual Mercure also across the river!
I don't know what the "All Seasons" brand is meant to be positioned as, perhaps budget business travellers?
Free internet is a nice perk, and continental breakfast is included in the price but it's a self service free-for-all which I didn't like (make your own coffee, fight for the croissants and jam, however pretty good bread - but that's because there is a Novotel next door!)
Rooms are functional but pretty bare (akin to Holiday Inn Express), however I was on the 1st floor and the hallway was literally scary (for a single female traveller anyway), not only needing renovation, but also a bit better lighting! Definitely a big difference in standard between the public areas and the - renovated - rooms...
Lots of restaurants in the area, and very convenient for the metro, but would not stay there again

The hotel seems a bit too out of the loop for most Paris tourists but I enjoyed it. You are literally about a 5 minute walk to the metro and there are amazing and authentic restaurants in the area as well as charming sweet shops and stores. I like the area because it is not touristy. The hotel area is basically suburban and seems safe during the day and early evening when the commuters are coming home. It is a bit dodgy late at night due to the metro being so close. Rooms are VERY small but what visitor to Paris locks themselves away in their room? Breakfast was frustrating- not enough tables.

We booked this hotel (Now named the All Seasons) as we had heard that it is close to the Palais Omnisports stadium where we were going to see Celine Dion in concert. Close is an understatement -the stadium is practically on the doorstep!
Although Bercy is in the Paris suburbs, the metro station is also very close by and you can get into central Paris in around 20 minutes -(allowing for the somewhat long walks inside some metro stations!)
As noted by other reviwers the rooms are small and you need to go down relatively early for breakfast before they run out of things. However, a big plus, in our opinion, was the very effective air conditioning which was much better than we have encountered in some 4 star hotels. We certainly needed the air con at night as it was very humid while we were there.
Another big plus was the exeptional friendliness of the hotel reception staff. We also found this to be the case with most staff in restaurants etc which gives the lie to the stereotypical image of the French as being surly and unhelpful.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
