We arrived in Rome on 22 October 2007 and stayed in the Residence Garden Hotel for 4 nights. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is situated between Fumicino Airport and Termini Station and also very close to the metro Line B. Therefore, it is an ideal location. The apartmnet is very spacious and the rooms are comfortable.
It is an excellent hotel for families as well as for any one who wants a very good place to stay in Rome.

My boyfriend booked the hotel through last minute.com where the hotel was described as being located in the modern quarter of Rome, which was actually the business district?!
The hotel itself was described as modern which really meant it was modern compared to the rest of Rome but was actually a 60s/70's building. That said our room was very large with a downstairs kitchen and lounge with balcony and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It was clean with plenty of towels and a good shower; so OK as a base to just sleep and shower at!
The staff all spoke good english and were helpful when booking taxis, resturaunts etc
It was further out of Rome than mentioned on the description, it's a 5-10 mins walk to the Metro station and then a 15-20mins journey into centre of Rome.
Overall, OK but not brilliant!
