This Hotel is fairly inexpensive and comfortable.
We had a Room with a King-Sized Bed, Non-smoking.The room was quiet, except for a low hum when the Whirlpool was used in the next room that was a whirlpool suite.
The Bed was Comfortable.
The room was very large with a Microwave,Fridge,sofa-bed and large T.V. It also had an Ironing Board, hair dryer and coffee maker.
The Continental Breakfast was very good. Waffles, Yogurt, cereal, fruit, toast, juices, donuts, oatmeal.
The pool and hot tub were average size. There were video games and vending machines available.
We paid $ 78 US per night, which was reasonable.
The location was close to the interstate and a close drive to West Acres Shopping Mall.
We would stay here again.

As a traveling salesman, I have stayed at this property for a number of years, and always find the Americinn a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I suggest getting a free copy of the roomsaver coupon book. The midweek rate with the coupon in October was $59 a nite, which is reasonable.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights for a midweek getaway-- check-in was fast and easy. We paid about $66/night which was quite fair (w/AAA).
The room had a comfortable king bed- and was very spacious-- TV was on the small size (about 20? 24" only)and some of the channels weren't working. There was also a sofabed in the room. Bathroom was adequate-clean, ok waterpressure, white towels. Room came with a fridge which had a little freezer section big enough to store 3-4 bottles of water which was nice. There was also a microwave which we didn't use. Wireless internet connected easily and was fast. Room was fairly quiet- we didn't have anyproblems with noise or smoke.
Breakfast exceeded our expectations for a room with such a low rate. There were waffle machines, sausage+egg+english muffins, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, a selection of coffee+flavorings, large selection of teas, cereal, toast-- the food was on par with more expensive lodgings. The breakfast area was a little bit on the small side though- we usually had late breakfast (ie. 8:30-9am) and there weren't that many tables left even though it was midweek.
Lots of parking outside- no elevator though to the second floor, but we managed fine. The pool area was nice and large- sauna didn't seem to work, but the whirlpool was fine. There was also a pool table which we didn't use, and some arcade games in the same area.
Staff were friendly- and they made up the room superfast-- by the time we returned from breakfast (30minutes?) the room was already made up again! Location is decent-- maybe about 5 minutes drive from WestAcres mall-- it's close to a 24hr grocery place- a 5-8 minute walk--- and depending where you go for food- there's quite a good selection within 10minutes walk and even more if you drive. If I went to Fargo again- I think I'd stay here.
