We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites for one night as we had a wedding nearby.
The hotel was clean, and check in was quick and pleasant.
We found the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, we had a large TV, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Plenty of lighting and seating.
The AC/Heater worked well, although the on/off cycle was a bit loud for my tastes (light sleeper).
The only downside was the bathroom - we had inadvertantly booked the handicapped accessible room. Now, if we had needed the handicapped bathroom, it was well appointed. But, since we didn't, and the design was such that water got all over the floor, it was a bit annoying. We just laughed about it and went to the front desk to get more towels to dry the floor and moved on.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice, with waffles, toast, cereal, ham, eggs, juices etc.
Overall I would reccomend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

Now this is THE hotel if your travels bring you to the Jackson, MI area. Everything from the staff, lobby, rooms and wonderful breakfest were well worth twice the $100 per night that we paid. I have never found a better hotel for the price! Close to places to eat & shop too.

Beautiful Hotel!!! This brand new hotel, newest in town I could honestly compare it to a Ritz Carlton or Marriott for the Jackson area! The other motels in town cant even compare and you cant even get in for race weekend because all the race teams want to stay there, it's inclusive to an all race-team hotel for that four days! I love the hotel suites, unlike the others in town, great corporate rate for my company, and the hotel is CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AND BIG! and the breakfast is wonderful. You cant ask for a greater hotel with dining experiences all around including a 24 hour shopping market right within a half mile!!! Staff is very friendly, service excellent, so it was an extra 10.00 compared to it's down the road motel but the extra money is well worth it, they didnt over price themselves because everything is expensive and tastefully decorated! I LOVE THE HOTEL-- WILL BE BACK EVERY MONTH FOR BUSINESS!!!

It is with great pleasure that I report that this hotel is excellent. Being very new, it isn't yet smarmed/filthy like most off-highway lodging; in fact, it's clean AND beautifully decorated, with a lovely hardwood floor entrance, pretty carpeted main stair, nice artwork. The staff is young and maintain an air of good training, genuine personal service and hospitality. The rooms are standard-issue hotel furnishings, but spaciousness, cleanliness and modern sound-proofing make all the difference. The hotel is located in a newly developing highway exit, so the dining is better than the "other exit" with the rest of the older motels.
My entire family was in town for Mother's Day events. We all enjoyed the pool, the nice breakfast room, the workout area and the friendliness of the staff.
I hope this hotel maintains its standards over the years, as it is truly the only choice for
lodging in this town. All the rest of the off-road motels are old and really horrid.
For the same rate, I had stayed the night before at the Holiday Inn, more like the Hell-a-Day Inn. I will write another review for that disaster on their own TA page.
Hooray for the Country Inn and Suites! Keep up the great work!

Beautiful Hotel, with wonderful staff awaiting your every request! This few month old hotel is one of the nicest Country Inn & Suites I've stayed at. Rooms are beautifully decorated, these rooms are by far the largest in the area and I now choose to stay at this hotel while on business compared to the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn where I use to stay. The pool area is beautiful, with cermanic tile, showers,a spa and many chairs to seat everyone. Fitness area consist of a T.V., plush towels, 2 tredmils, multi-gym, and a stationary bike. Continental Breakfast was delicious, with fresh juices and hot coffee. Seating area was very beautiful, with a giant plasma screen TV on the wall to catch up on some news that happended over night, a breakfast lady is always re-stocking and adding fresh items to the breakfast bar. In the evenings, you are welcome to their fresh choclate chip cookies in the lobby, and a cozy fireplace with oversized chairs. Since a Country Inn & Suites does not have places to eat at the hotel, right directly behind their hotel in a few feet distance is a Lonestar, Olive Garden, and a Craker Barrel, along with a Sams Club and a K-Mart with sidewalks and lighted pathways. I highly reccomend this hotel, and everything they have to offer here!
