I spent 4 nights at this hotel with 3 friends and I have to say it was perfect. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful to us and nothing was too much trouble. Set on a stunning coastline this hotel has fantastic views and each room has a balcony which over looks the sea. The pool is a really good size and the staff that work by the pool are really friendly and helpful, if you do go down to the beach area to swim in the crystal clear sea they will also look out for you to make sure your ok! Having stayed in many hotels off all different standards throughout the world I would have to say this hotel is extremely good value for money and the perfect place for total relaxation.
The only negative point about our stay was that some of the other guests who appear to be regulars in this hotel have a certain amount of snobbery about them, most guests are middle aged couples and as a group of 4 young girls we did get some stony looks but the friendly staff more than compensated for this and we will definitely be returning!

Overall: Good quality rooms and beautiful views of sea and lovely pool, but terrible customer service.
Pros: Quadruple booked. One spacious room with 2 single beds with sitting area and attached balcony. Connects to a smaller room with 2 single beds and attached bathroom. Bathroom was clean and bright and modern with a beautiful view of the sea.
Booked online through through hotel without a problem.
Stunning views of sea and mountains through balcony.
Table and chairs on balcony were old metal though. Balcony itself wasn't very pretty.
Cons: When sun enters room, it is unbearably hot and you cannot sit in balcony.
Service was awful. Not a single person from the check in desk to the waiter was friendly. We were made to feel unwelcome by the staff, whom never smiled, and stared at us constantly, nor were they forthcoming with any information. Rather we had to ask, and they would confer in Italian before answering. We noticed they were extremely friendly towards the older British couples (we were a group of young girlfriends) whom had been coming there for a few years.

Much as been said about the view but I'll add one more word: perfect.
Let's be honest, been able to drink a bottle of Champaign (>45 euros) or Prosecco (22 euros) right from your private balcony watching and contemplating the sea is close to perfection to me as this was exactly what me and my girlfriend were looking for (swim, sleep, eat, drink and a few other things). Finally, we rented a car in order to be able to move easily around.
A lot of little details are great: flowers are replaced everyday (not only at the entrance, also in the corridors of the hotel), all employees are nice, polite and always willing to help you (it might sound "normal" but let me tell you that it is not when you travel south), pool is great even if the access to the see could be better, all rooms have a direct view on the see and are located below the street (sounds stupid but you'll understand how good it is when you see how crowded the only costal road is), all rooms are clear and have a high ceiling and large bathrooms, etc.
However, if my rating is not "Excellent", it is because there are a few things that didn't convince me at all. First, the "continental breakfast" is poor to say the least. As a matter of fact, if you are not ready to pay a lot (5 euros for a fresh orange juice for example), you'll get only 3 breads and coffee. That was very disappointing. From a general point of view, everything was over priced in the hotel (didn't have meal there as there are so many little restaurants to try around), but if you want to eat or drink something by the pool, expect to spend a lot! Salads: 15 euros; sandwiches: 10 euros, etc.
All in all, a fantastic hotel with a perfect view, a wonderful pool and a pleasant staff that unfortunately, comes with a price (negotiated 190 euros per night instead of 210 as we stayed a few days).
I'll definitely go there again if I go back in this area!
