We walked in, looked around, smelled the mold and walked out! This place was NASTY! The hotel front desk said people walk out of there all the time. Health hazard!

Let me start by saying, I wish I had photos with me to show you the real SeaSide Inn. I took one step into the supposed ocean view room and felt like I wanted to vomit. I'm almost positive that this room would have never passed a health inspection. Myself and the people I were with noted over 30 issues with the room. For example, there was broken furniture, sagging overused beds, moldy pictures, and curtains that had graffiti sprayed on them. We left the hotel and canceled the rest of our stay the next morning after developing rashes from who knows what that infested the beds. It's been 2 months and we are still fighting to get our money back. If you value your health, stay away from this hotel. They will gladly take your money and leave your health in question.

Hotel Slum
Guest name: sailsflapping, Clearwater
We stayed at this hotel for the Daytona 500. We basically had no choice as we booked somewhat late. I can't believe we actually paid $200 per night for this slum. The pictures make this hotel look marginally nice but the rooms are actually much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The "heated" pool is not heated, our patio door lock was broken and the patio was shared with the room next to us. The walls are paper thin so you can hear "a lot" from the room next door. There is NO HEAT and the temp went down to 39 degrees the first night we were there. There is rust on most of the metal fixtures, the door to our TV stand was completely broken off. Plaster crumbling on all the window frames. No alarm clock in our room, no coffee maker, no hair dryers nor iron w/ ironing board. So we paid $200 per night for this room which regularly goes for $89 (still too much) and still had to pay $5 per day for parking!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - DON'T EVEN STAY HERE - YOU WILL BE VERY SAD!
Nothing fancy...but we like it!

we stayed at sea side inn and booked 2 rooms, there were 7 of us in all, we really enjoyed the rates and the location! No, the room was not the Ritz but we still had fun, we do not go on vacation to stay in our rooms either. We have been staying here for several years now and look forward to it every year!
