Our friend works in town and scheduled this place for me and my wife. The room and view were excellent. Front desk courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Inn for two nights in late March. The room was nice looking, large and had a great view of the mountain. The hot tubs were nice and not crowded. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows not great, but it was quiet so I slept well. Overall, it was better than the reviews on this site led me to believe. The walk to the lift is long though, so it's not exactly ski in/ski out.

We booked two nights at the Inn at Keystone for about $80/night through Priceline--I wasn't sure what to expect because of some of the mixed reviews this property had been getting.
For us, the hotel was rather nice. The lobby seemed cozy (a good impression for someone arriving late and sleepy) and the desk clerk helped us promptly (once he had finished helping a person on the phone). The room they gave us appeared to be one they normally give to people with physical challenges and/or pets. That said, it was quite clean and very comfortable with a little above average tasteful hotel decor. There was a wierd musty smell in the air that might drive people with more sensitive noses crazy, but we could tolerate it. They supplied all the amenities, including: free wireless internet, a kind of "fun book," hair dryer, and cable TV with lots of channels (you know, not just CNN, ESPN, and FOXnews).
The hotel is a five-minute walk from one of the main lift areas(I believe it's called Mountain House lift area). It's a five minute drive to the free Montezuma parking area, and then another five minute walk, to get on the River Run Gondola. This will take you to the top of Dercum Mountain.
We stayed at the hotel during the middle of the week, so it was very quiet there. We did eat breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant--it was a buffet. It and the waitstaff service were about average.
It's a pretty good hotel--great if you include how close you are to the lifts.

I had a terrible experience at the Inn at Keystone. First this hotel is not well located (virtually no restaurants or shops around). Second the rooms are really inconfortable (horrible mattresses and pillows, cheap furniture, etc.). Then comes the customer service, which is ...inexistent. The staff couldn't help me several times I needed assistance and if there is a problem they do everything they can to let you solve by yourself the problem. For example, the hotel claims that they provide free wireless internet access to every rooms but if you stay in a room in one of the corners of the hotel, then you can't get a sufficient signal and it is up to you (not to the hotel staff) to call the internet provider (which can takes more than 30 mins) to solve the problem.

We stayed at the Inn at Keystone and had a good experience. We paid $130 for a Fri/Sat night which I believe is cheaper then their normal rates since we had a military discount. Parking is limited but they offered free valet parking while we were there (I don't know if this is a full time service). BE AWARE-Parking garage clearance is only seven feet so avoid if you have an SUV with a ski box on top. Mexican restaurant across the highway was a good experience. Pizza place across the highway had horrible service
Good things about hotel: Room was comfortable and adequate for price. Bar has a good atmosphere and reasonable prices on drinks. Free shuttle picks you up in front of hotel and takes you about anywhere in Keystone you want to go (including base areas). Fifth and sixth floor hot tubs were a nice touch.
Things that could be improved: Parking is limited. Hotel allows pets which some people think gives them the right to have thier dog in the bar (and not a seeing eye dog). Slopes are within walking distance but it is quite a hike in ski gear (I recommend the shuttle). We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but our friends said it was way overpriced.
