The Residences at Biltmore is like a home away from home. The condo units are set up apartment style. We have stayed several times in a one bedroom unit and it was excellent. We loved the flat screen tvs with built in dvd players in both the family room and the bedroom. Comfy family room furniture and great bed. The kitchen was a nice size and we had some nice home-cooked meals during our stays. The bath is great - large jacuzzi tub and huge separate shower. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. We will be returning soon!

We had the pleasure of staying at The Residences at Biltmore in late April of 2008. I did a bit of research on Trip Advisor and found that The Residences at Biltmore had been rated rather highly at which point I decided to book a Queen Suite. Upon arriving Friday night we were warmly greeted by the concierge who gave us numerous suggestions on where to eat, what to visit, and a list of local events and music that night. The room was of far better quality than I had expected. The furnishings were top notch and the full kitchen including furnished utensils was unexpected to say the least. The bathroom and shower (large, all tile surface, and very expensive looking glass door) were immaculate and were of far better quality than any other hotel either I or my fianc? had stayed in previously. The staff was very warm and courteous and greeted us pleasantly each time we encountered them throughout the weekend. Overall we had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay at this facility or recommend it to others in the future.

The Residences at Biltmore offer an inviting environment and the suite of rooms is superb. Every detail of design is planned for the comfort of guests. The concierge called a week before our visit and assisted with booking restaurant reservations. We had a minor bicycle accident while in Asheville and the concierge was very helpful in helping us locate a bicycle shop for repair purposes. We highly recommend these lovely accomodations in Asheville.
