"The staff is what really sets this hotel apart from other downtown Chicago hotels. They are always cheerful and helpful. Our room on the 10th floor even had a minor lake view at no extra charge. Most hotels (i.e. The Drake) would charge extra for a sliver of lake view. Not here! The "El" train outside..."
