This is a solid 3* hotel very much like a British Holiday Inn. They claim to be in The Hague but it's very much in the suburb of Rijswijk, a 15-minute tram ride on the 17 from Den Haag CS or HS stations and then a five-minute walk through an area that's utterly deserted late at night although it feels pretty safe.
The room is functional, the TV is tiny (and doesn't even have the BBC unlike most Dutch hotels), the shower/restroom is fine although you only get a single small hard towel with bonsai toiletries. There are two irons and ironing boards shared between the 90 rooms, so plan ahead if you need your shirts pressed.
You need transport to get anywhere, it really is in the middle of nowhere, taxis are expensive and unreliable in the morning and evening peak, but the tram is reliable and cheap ([--] will help you out here).
This sounds quite a negative review - it's not meant to be - I stay in about 50 hotels a year and this place is OK, the rooms are clean, the staff all speak English, breakfast is self-service and plentiful. It's decent value for circa €100 a night.
