Lodge accommodation includes ten spacious air conditioned bedrooms, each opening onto a wide verandah with views to the ocean golf course and vineyard. The Lodge connects by verandah walkways to the Clubhouse, library, dining room, guest lounge and bar. The Villas offer self contained luxuriously appointed accommodation with two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two and a half bathrooms. Each villa has a fireplace satellite TV air conditioning security systems and private garage. Porches on the first and second floors look out over the 15th fairway to Karikari Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

It is centred on the magnificent 3000 acre property of Carrington Farms, a Black Angus stud farm. The farm rests between 4 kilometres of our own private white sand beach 900 acres of restored natural wetlands and the hill-side vineyards of New Zealand?s northernmost winery Karikari Estate. All amenities including Karikari Beach are accessible by golf cart. A tunnel under Maitai Bay road gives club car access to Karikari Estate Vineyard and Winery for tastings.
