We stayed here twice in a week-coming and going through Little Rock. We looked for an all-suites hotel with an indoor pool and since Embassy Suites--our regular stay--was full, we tried Springhill.
The hotel is NOT the Embassy Suites, but it's above average. The suites aren't true suites--no dividing doors/walls--but the appointments are comfortable. Good breakfast but not enough seating. The pool and jacuzzi were both too hot, even for a heated pool, and we smelled of chlorine even after a shower, but a swim after a long drive was great for our daughter.
All in all not a bad stay. The staff was friendly. Oh, the location is hard to find. The hotel sits back from the street and the signs, both on 430 and Markham Drive, aren't clear. Better signs needed!

I was a little concerned by the recent reviews, but perhaps we stayed after the remodel. We were very impressed with the accomodations. The hotel is in a nice part of Little Rock, on the west side of town. Our room was great, with a separate sitting area and refrigerator. My two boys loved the pool (everything was only 4 feet deep); and the breakfast was worth the stay. We have recently vacationed in the Four Seasons, La Costa Resort in California, and the Broadmoor in Colorado and while not in that league, it was a close hit. Certainly nice enough where I felt comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for one night & everything just went great. The staff let us check in a little early. The room was tidy. The lobby had coffee & tea available 24 hours. The "continental" breakfast was better than some other hotel's "full breakfast". It included eggs, waffles, full cereal selection, oatmeal, grits, juices, coffee, various muffins, bagels, cream cheese.
The rooms are designed beautifully providing the following amenities creatively put in a relatively small space: king bed, large bathroom, ironing board, iron, couch, coffee table, recliner sofa seat, desk, rolling leather type deskchair, tv viewable from bed or couch in other area, microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, cabinets. There was even a little mirror in the kitchenette area simulating looking out the kitchen window.
Just a neat design and this property kept things spotless.
