Great Staff. Beautiful Rooms. Everything smells and looks clean. Everything I would want in a Hotel and more. CAUTION: If you have arthritis or walking problems DO NOT let them put you in one of their Island Rooms as it is a very long and difficult walk from self parking with no real shortcuts. The pools are geared more to adults and kids above 6 years old. We really couldn't use them with our 2 and 4 year old children, not the Hotel's fault, just our situation. Make sure you convert your Hotwire savings into a roll of dollar bills for all of the parking attendants who will sprint to you once you are within range.

this hotel was the dirtiest that I ever stayed at. bathrooms were dirty not cleaned and had an odor. beds were uncomfortable and bedding was stained and in need of new mattress. room was not made for a female guest their was no vanity in bathroom, just a sink. we had to request towels everyday and the housekeeping staff was much to be desired. (language barrier with housekeeper that could not understand what you wanted! )balcony was an ashtray and dirty cobwebs, cigarette butts and all, it was never cleaned for our week long stay! keys to room were de magnitized and had to be re-done 3 times. please do not request a wake up call phone in room did not work battery dead. when we did get a wake up call they called the room 3 times in a row. We had to call and tell them to stop calling! After we complained about the wake up call, we called the next day to have them call our room again and they said they were told not to give us a wake up call and the person on the phone was RUDE and hung up. After complaining the staff gets even. no tow els no clean room and no fresh clean bedding! if you stay here you need to deal with it!! chose a different resort not thisone.

This Hotel is great and the accommodation is up to date. The rooms were a very good size - enough for all 6 of our large bags, 2 children and more. We were given a view of Downtown Disney and that was fabulous. There were loads of parking spaces too. The walk to Downtown Disney needs a safe crossing for pedestrians outside the hotel but other than that, within 2 minutes you are there and it was so convenient. The reception staff were very friendly and the information on Orlando held in the hotel room was very helpful. We even had the opportunity to make a last minute purchase in the Disney shop within the hotel for something we couldn't find in Downtown.

The Lake Buena Vista Palace is nothing short of an amazing Resort. I personally have stayed here several times before. However, this past trip I planned to really relax and enjoy some of the amenities. What I found was a great staff who was willing to serve me and my family at any moment and if there was anything we needed it was provided, no kidding. The property size also surprised me and amount of things to do, did as well. Suggestion: the "Outback" restaurant is surely a must. Incredible food with an incredible scene.

We only stayed at the Palace for 1 night, but it was great. The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, the views of Disney were great! We could see Epcot, Hollywood Studios, the Magic Kingdom, and Downtown Disney from our balcony! The bed was super-comfortable. It is easily within walking distance to Downtown Disney. Late-night room service was quick and tasty! We look forward to our next trip to stay at the Palace!
