We have been going to the Naples Grande Resort for over 15 years.
We enjoy the upgraded facilities and the staff is very friendly.
They welcome us with open arms and it feels like we are family every time we return. (and thats at least 2 to 3 times a year).
Their Golf Course is our dream course. It is kept in magnificent condition and is not surrounded by homes or buildings. The pro shop and their staff greet us as if we are members.
My hats off to the entire Naples Grande Resort family.
For Florida Sun & Fun - Beach and Golf we think it's number one.
Convenient locations and near to the best restaurants and shopping in south west Florida.
Hats off to Mr. Theo Gornel night manager and the entire staff.

Stayed at this hotel from Sunday through Wednesday. Found the restaurants expensive. Did have a great breakfast buffet, but again very pricey. They are very revenue protective, slipping my bill under the door the night before I checked out.
I would not stay there again.
Great stay!!!

I was just at the Grande for the 4th of July weekend. What a lovely stay. This was a wonderful resort at a great price...paid $179 p/nt + taxes....
Very nice accommodations. Room was clean and modern. Resort very modern and "urban metropolitan" decor. Meals were at resort prices. but there are plenty of less expensive area choices. Breakfast buffet around $22+.
Pool was very crowded, but Beach shuttle was great, they ran one after the other. Also in the pool, something that seemed like guided " kids camp" with tshirt painting classes and some sand bottle crafts (fes applied) for those interested in creating colorful souvenirs ! this was very nice
I highly recommend this resort more for families with children, couples too...Naples nightlife is more geared to dinners out and walks along 5th avenue, and seems to die a bit past midnight.
enjoy the laid back pace...
Decent stay a

The hotel was beautiful and the ammenites we great, However some of the staff was below average. The server at the pool (foreign man) was the most unplesant person and should not be in a postion working with guests. I had a hair in my salad and he looked at me and said :what do you want a new one or something".!!!! Also when I went and told the Front Desk Manager (glasses) regarding this situation and the fact that we hadn't had our room made up yet, she basically laughed in my face. She was rude and short and acted like she could care less. She did not make us feel welcome either.. I feel that the staff here has not been trained properly and if this is supposed to be a five star I wonder you the people are who rated this hotel?
Do not get me wrong, some of the staff was great and super-friendly. Concierge was good, Check-out was awesome, and the beach manger was great as well as the tram guys. The property is gorgeous, pools are great too.
